TJX Ireland Unlimited Company is recalling the Christmas Lila & Jack Pacifier Clip & Teether due to a risk of choking and strangulation. The products can become loose, allowing access to small parts that may pose a choking hazard. The affected products were sold in stores between October and November 2023.
