Asda/George has issued a recall for their White All Over Dinosaur Slippers due to safety concerns. The slippers may have a defect where the Velcro can fail, potentially causing the strap to come undone. This situation poses a tripping hazard, which could result in cuts, abrasions, or even concussion if a wearer falls.
The affected slippers include various model numbers and barcodes, such as model number 4k with barcode 5059193200815, and model number 10k with barcode 5059193200778, among others. Approximately 22 pairs of these slippers were sold in the Republic of Ireland through the Global-E platform.
Consumers who have purchased these slippers are advised to stop using them immediately and keep them out of reach of children. The Global-E platform has already reached out to affected customers to facilitate refunds for the recalled product.
