Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain 295/80R22.5 152/148M KMAX D Gen2 tyres.

A safety issue has been identified whereby a limited number of tyres are affected by a manufacturing variation that results in a thin liner condition. This condition may potentially lead to air pressure loss, which could cause a loss of vehicle control and increase the risk of injury.


There are 20 tyres affected in the Republic of Ireland that were produced in 2025.

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 225/45R17 94Y model tyres.

A safety issue has been identified whereby a manufacturing variation could potentially result in tread separation at very high speeds, which may lead to a loss of vehicle control.

There are 25 tyres affected in the Republic of Ireland that were produced in January 2025.
