Gowan Distributors Limited (DS Ireland) is carrying out a recall of certain DS4 and DS8 model vehicles.
Affected vehicles may randomly experience an unexpected deactivation of the interior door handles when the key is in engine-running mode. One to four doors may be affected, which can result in the occupant(s) being unable to exit the vehicle. This can lead to a risk of injury, burns and suffocation in the event of a collision.
There are 24 vehicles affected in the Republic of Ireland that were produced between; DS4 14 December 2022 to 09 February 2026 and DS8: 27 March 2025 to 28 October 2025.

Gowan Distributors Limited (DS Ireland) is carrying out a stop-drive recall of certain DS3 Crossback model vehicles.
Some vehicles may have been assembled with contact, or insufficient clearance (< 10 mm), between the tube of the petrol particulate filter and the terminal protection cap of the 48 V belt-driven starter alternator. In wet conditions, the insufficient clearance and possible contact between these components can lead to water infiltration, causing an electric arc which may trigger a thermal event, such as overheating. In the worst-case scenario, this could lead to a potential risk of fire in the engine compartment.
There are 2 vehicles affected in the Republic of Ireland that were produced between 01 February 2024 to 13 January 2026.
