Milk Design B.V. t/a Joolz is carrying out a recall of the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set. 

Car seat adapter

The product presents a risk of injuries. The Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set may fail to properly engage and lock with the spring-loaded pin on the Joolz Aer2 stroller. This can cause the Car Seat Adapter to detach from the stroller during use, resulting in the car seat falling to the ground.   

The brand is Joolz. The serial number begins with NL311- as shown below.  The product was sold between June 2025 and May 2026 instore and online via Babymoon Baby shop, Bellababy Ltd, Tralee Nursery Suppies Ltd and joolz.com/ie/en.

There are approximately 170 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.  

What to do: 

Customers are advised to stop using the product immediately. This applies in all situations even if you believe the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set is properly attached to the Joolz Aer2 stroller. 

The Joolz Aer2 stroller itself is not affected by this recall and may continue to be used safely without the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set.
