Man Importers Ireland Limited is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain TGX and TGS model vehicles.

A safety issue has been identified whereby vehicles equipped with lead-free bearings due to regulatory requirements may suffer sudden engine damage, in some cases leading to engine fires, due to excessive ageing and contamination of the engine oil.

There are 13 vehicles affected in the Republic of Ireland that were produced between 01 October 2016 to 30 December 2019.
