You may return the Travel Hair Dryer on its own where the product will be disposed of sustainably by Cloud NIne, but no refund will be given. Cloud Nine will reimburse the cost of postage once they are in receipt of the product.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you may return both the Travel Hair Dryer and the original Cloud Nine product you purchased and receive a full refund for the entire order, noting that there are no safety or quality concerns with the original product.
