A safety issue has been identified with Morco Open-Flued Gas Water Heaters which may be installed in mobile homes and caravans and domestic settings. It is important that consumers do not use these gas water heaters and contact Morco immediately.

The product has a risk of fire, explosion, and injuries. There is a risk of gas leaking which, if ignited may cause burns, explosions, and injuries.

What to do:
It is important that consumers do not use these gas water heaters. Consumers must isolate the gas supply to the water heater immediately by turning off the isolation valve to the water heater.
