Approximately 85 units of these playmats were sold in the Republic of Ireland through various retailers, including Amazon, Kellys Toymaster, Stakelum Toymaster, JoJo Maman Bébé, Mamas & Papas, and Cogs the Brain Shop.
Consumers are advised to stop using the playmat immediately and keep it out of reach of children. They should return the product to the place of purchase for a refund.
