Asda/George has announced a recall of its Babywear 2 Piece Short Dungaree Set available in Charcoal, Green, and Turquoise. The recall is due to a choking hazard associated with the button attachments, which do not meet safety standards. If the buttons come loose, they could be a danger if a child places them in their mouth.
The affected products include those with the product codes 7598627, 7598624, and 7598920, and they were sold through the Global-E platform. Approximately 14 units are reported to be affected in the Republic of Ireland.
Consumers who have purchased this dungaree set are advised to stop using it immediately and ensure it is kept out of reach of children. The Global-E platform has already contacted affected customers to arrange for refunds.
