A safety issue has been identified with an LED Tutu sold on the TEMU platform.

The risk reported to CCPC are burns, chemical and choking. The button batteries are accessible, and a child could swallow them resulting in damage to the child’s gastrointestinal tract and choking. Also, if the costume catches fire, the speed of flame propagation is very fast and may cause burns to the child wearing it.
