Jaguar Land Rover Ireland Limited is carrying out a voluntary recall of certain Jaguar E Pace vehicles.
The risk description reported to us is that the front-seat passenger airbag is incorrectly folded and may therefore tear when it is deployed. If the airbag tears, it may protect vehicle occupants less well, so the risk of injury in an accident is higher. In addition, hot gases could leak out, and vehicle occupants could sustain burns.
There are 6 vehicles affected in the Republic of Ireland that were produced between 26 May 2020 to 28 May 2024.
