Motor Distributors Limited (Mercedes-Benz) is carrying out a voluntary recall on certain Mercedes-Benz GLE class model vehicles.
In certain GLE series vehicles (167 model series) with OM654 and hybrid engine, a shielding plate in the bulkhead area may not have been fitted in accordance with the specification. In this case, the fuel line could rub against the shielding plate, which could damage the fuel line. A fuel leak could occur. As a result, fuel pressure could drop and a loss of propulsion without warning cannot be ruled out. Risk of accidents.
There are 435 vehicles affected in the Republic of Ireland that were produced between 29 August 2022 to 03 March 2025.

Motor Distributors Limited (Mercedes-Benz) is carrying out a voluntary recall on certain Mercedes-Benz G class model vehicles.
It is possible that the wheel bolts do not meet the requirements. In this case, while the vehicle is in operation the wheel bolts and subsequently the wheel assembly could become detached over the lifetime of the vehicle, which could lead to a loss of driving stability. This would increase the risk of an accident.
There are 14 vehicles affected in the Republic of Ireland that were produced between 19 January 2024 to 25 August 2025.

Due to the combination of certain production and use conditions, an internal short circuit of a battery cell in the high-voltage battery might lead to a thermal event. As a result, an increased risk of fire cannot be ruled out.
